This work, which contains the two epistles of
Imam-i Ghazali, titled “O Son” and “Ten Ru-
les”, deals with the issues that should be done
and avoided for the construction of a society
composed of individuals adorned with moral
virtues.
O Son, which is oriented towards the imple-
mentation of this rather than theoretical mo-
rality, came into being as a sincere initiative of
a student of Imam Ghazali who was concer-
ned about the hereafter and attracted tremen-
dous attention from all circles. The biggest
reason for this interest is undoubtedly his “O
son!” when he says, he actually addresses all
young people and young people find a lot of
themselves in the work.
Although this work is in an easy-to-read vo-
lume, it is of great importance as it contains
clues to great truths.
