                                            were promised Paradise

A Companion is someone who sees the Belo-
ved of Allah once, or is seen for a moment by
Rasulallah with his heart filled with the light
of faith. The Messenger of Allah himself said,
“My Companions are like stars; whichever you
follow, you will find the right way!”
Companions are not only the highest and
most advanced layer of human beings after the
prophets and messengers, but also in degrees
and layers within themselves... They were dis-
tinguished from each other by the degrees as-
signed to them by the Master of the Universe
                                            with a special measure.

my servant remembers me, I am with him. If
he remembers me from within, I will remem-
ber him in a better (and virtuous) congrega-
tion than them. If he approaches me an inch,
I will approach him a cubit. If he approaches
me one cubit, I approach him one fathom. If
he comes to me walking, I will come to him
        running…”
