Everybody has so much to say on institutionalization.
I wrote this in detail within the pages of the book.
The most common definition of institutionalization,
which also sounds nice, is as follows: “An
institutionalized company is the one which operates
on the basis of rules, managed within a system
and is independent of people. The management,
shareholders, suppliers and employees are all a
part of this system and they have to follow these
rules”. Are the concepts of “system and rules”
enough to fit in this definition? Is there no need
