        In our world, where the perception of subject is
        gradually changing, what we would like to remind and
        wish to emphasize with the concept of “Emotional
        Capital” is the fact that the “subject” is still human.
        This concept expresses the sum of the emotions
        and interactions produced by the elements of an
        institution with respect to that institution itself.
        Emotional capital is the whole of ideas produced for
